“What if they think I’m cooler online?” 😅

Sometimes meeting people in real life after they’ve seen my content feels a little like Hannah Montana. 😂

Online, I’m often the one teaching, leading, sharing ideas, speaking with a lot of conviction. Writing and video give me time to think, shape my thoughts, and say things clearly.

In person… Outside of business… I can actually be a lot quieter.
(note: I said a lot quieter. Not quiet. I'm reserved – not shy)

Depending on the room, I’m sometimes the one observing more than talking. Listening. Taking things in. Warming up slowly.

And I’ll be honest, there’s always this tiny nervous thought in the back of my mind like:

“What if they think I’m cooler online?” 😅

The truth is, online and in person just bring out different parts of me.

Online you’re seeing the part of me that has spent hours thinking about something and is ready to explain it.

In real life you’re seeing the human who’s still reading the room, learning about the people in it, and figuring out where she fits in that moment.

Both are real.

And if you’ve ever felt a little awkward meeting people after they’ve seen your work, just know you’re definitely not the only one. 🫶
