One Video. Leads for a Year. #shorts
Most content dies within 48 hours.
But if I had to create one YouTube video that could bring in leads for an entire year, here’s what I’d build.
Most people don’t realize this about YouTube: it’s not just a social platform. It’s also one of the biggest search engines in the world.
A social post disappears in a couple of days. But a video that answers a real question can keep getting found next month, six months from now, or even a year from now.
And now AI can read video transcripts, so one strong video can show up in Google, YouTube search, and AI answers.
So step one: don’t make a video just because the topic is trending. Make one that answers a question your ideal buyers ask every week.
Step two: don’t just teach. Give people a clear next step.
Create one simple resource that finishes what the video starts: a checklist, template, or calculator. Mention it when the viewer needs it, and link it below.
Step 3: When someone downloads it, they’re added to your CRM, the follow-up starts automatically. I run mine through our partners at HighLevel.
First, give them value. Then show proof. Then make the offer.
The video brings people in. The system follows up.
Everyone else is chasing the algorithm.
But the smarter strategy is to create one great answer that keeps getting found and keeps bringing in leads long after you post it.
