create a YEAR’S worth of social media graphics in just FIVE minutes
🧚 Here's how to create a YEAR’S worth of social media graphics in just FIVE minutes!
Save this post because you’ll want to come back to it….
(And I also share tips for creating your quote bank MUCH faster!)
Step 1: Create & Fill Your Quote Bank
Every time you think of a good quote, add it to a Google Sheets tracker.
I call mine the “Quote Bank.” Bold statements, insightful advice, or a quick tip, this is a content goldmine.
Over time, you’ll have hundreds of quotes ready to use.
(more on how to do that below!!)
Step 2: Export as a CSV File
Once your Quote Bank is filled, export it as a CSV file from Google Sheets. This file will save you SO much time when designing.
Step 3: Design a Base Graphic in Canva
Create a clean, on-brand graphic template in Canva Pro.
Keep it visually appealing but simple enough to let your quotes shine.
Step 4: Bulk Create with Canva
1 – Go to Apps – – then Bulk Create in Canva.
2 – Upload your CSV file of quotes.
3 – Select the text field where your quote should go, click Connect Data, and let Canva do the rest.
4 – Hit Generate, and voilà—dozens (or hundreds) of stunning graphics, DONE.
Bonus Hack: here’s how fill your quote bank MUCH faster!!!
1️⃣ Transcribe your past videos using Otter.ai (my absolute favorite tool!).
2️⃣ Upload each transcript to ChatGPT and ask it to clean up filler words, add punctuation, and extract the best hooks and quotes.
3️⃣ Scroll through it and add those quotes to your Google Sheets tracker for endless inspiration.
OR, Use ChatGPT to Generate New Quotes
Give ChatGPT a basic idea like, “Hustle culture is toxic,” and ask it to reframe it in 10 sassy or bold ways.
Test all the different iterations till you’re MOSTLY happy.
Then tweak it (the way only a human can do).
Add the best outputs to your Quote Bank, and you’re ready to go!
Step 5: Post and Watch Your Feed Shine
With graphics created in minutes, you’ll free up time to focus on engaging with your audience or dreaming up your next big idea.
