Meta launched an AI agent that shops for you. Less than two weeks later, Amazon blocked it. Meta’s Muse isn’t the first AI shopper Amazon has shut out, either. Amazon sued Perplexity over its shopping agent last year, and it’s building shopping tools of its own. Amazon is fine with AI shopping. As long as it’s Amazon’s AI.
