I’m getting 6000-12,000 steps in per day while still watching garbage tv.

1. When watching trashy tv shows in the evening, I've been power-walking around my kitchen/living room. I'm getting 6000-12,000 steps in per day while still watching garbage tv.

2. Whenever I get no-showed for a meeting, I instantly record 5 TikToks and record a podcast or YouTube video. Not wasting that time scrolling!!!

3. Get ready while live-streaming. Doing my hair/makeup/prepping for my day is more fun while connecting with others. I’ve had anywhere from 50-250 on live while I just get ready.

4. Create 3 priorities per day that move MY business forward- everything else is just bonus.

5. Only check email 1x per day (2 at the most) – at designated times.

6. Listen to abundance affirmations/worthiness affirmations/motivational videos quietly while working (in the background).

7. If I have to do something 3x in a week, create an SOP for it (yes, this even works for doing dishes or cleaning a particular room).

8. When my brain starts hurting or I get stressed, INSTANTLY step away from the computer and go for a walk. Alternate: snuggle with my dog/cat.

9. Do something small each day M-F to A). Build my audience B). Build my list C). Make an offer/sales.

10. Read fiction books only after work hours – to create a feel of rest (instead of activating the work-mind again).

BONUS NUMBER 11: Turn off ALL notifications!!! Notifications are running your day – turn them off.
