The best decisions require risk
Do the thing that scares you.
Not in a “burn it all down” way.
In a this would actually move my business forward but I keep avoiding it way.
Because if we’re being honest, most of the things holding businesses back aren’t complicated strategy gaps.
They’re emotional bottlenecks.
It’s posting the opinion you know is true but worry will alienate people.
It’s niching down instead of trying to be palatable to everyone.
It’s raising your prices and sitting with the discomfort instead of immediately over-explaining.
It’s showing your face.
Saying the quiet part out loud.
Letting your content sound like you instead of what you think will perform better.
We love to call it “being strategic,” but a lot of the time it’s just fear with better vocabulary.
