She didn’t know her worth. And I want to hug her.
She didn’t know her worth.
And I want to hug her.
Because she thought the goal was to be liked. To be chosen. To be “easy to work with.”
So she over-delivered.
Under-charged.
Explained herself too much.
Said yes when her gut said no.
Took feedback from people who weren’t even her people.
Built offers like a peace treaty.
But here’s what happened next:
She kept showing up.
She kept learning.
She kept getting results.
She kept watching what worked, what drained her, and what was never hers to carry.
And somewhere along the way, she stopped asking for permission.
Me now?
I know what I’m good at.
I know the transformation I create.
I know the cost of access to my brain.
I know my clients don’t pay for my time. They pay for my pattern recognition.
They pay for the years it took to become this clear.
So if you’re in the early days and you don’t know your worth yet…
that doesn’t mean you don’t have worth.
It means you’re still collecting proof.
Keep going. Keep building. Keep refining.
And please hear me when I say this:
You don’t become valuable when people notice it.
You become unstoppable when you stop begging to be priced like a bargain bin.
She didn’t know her worth.
But she sure does now.
