Posting = scary!!!

Right before you post something that’s actually true… like WAY TOO true… notice what happens in your body.

The urge to delete. The sudden “this is dumb.” The fake emergencies your brain invents so you don’t have to be seen.

If you can pause, feel the panic, and hit post anyway, you start rewiring the pattern from “fear means hide” to “fear means we’re expanding.”

Every time you breathe, hit publish anyway, and survive it… you teach your brain, “we’re safe and we can do scary things.”

The fear doesn’t vanish, but it turns down a few notches each rep.
