People love to say: “Just set boundaries! Only take aligned clients! Only work with people you adore!”

Cool advice… when you have a platform and money coming in.

Back when I had nothing? No name, no audience, zero stability?

I took ANY client. Even the ones who screamed at me, even the ones who thought 3am phone calls were normal. (and yes, I answered because I was scared out of my mind).

Myth: If you’re good, you only take dream clients.

Truth: When you’re starting out, survival mode sometimes means saying yes. The key is not staying there forever.

💡 My challenge to you: Start building YOUR platform NOW. Not later, not “once you have time.” Because that’s what buys you the freedom to say “no thanks” later.
