If I had to rebuild a business from the ground up today, and I could only use three tools, these would be it.

First: Google Docs and Google Drive.
Because every business runs on ideas, plans, scripts, offers, and systems. Google Docs makes it easy to write, organize, and collaborate, while Google Drive keeps everything stored and accessible from anywhere. If you can capture ideas and turn them into documents, you can start building real assets for your business.

Second: Canva.
Design matters more than people realize. Canva lets you create social media posts, presentations, lead magnets, sales pages, graphics, and simple brand visuals without needing a full design team. When you’re starting from scratch, being able to produce professional looking content quickly can make a huge difference in visibility and credibility.

Third: a simple payment processor like Stripe or PayPal.
At the end of the day, a business needs a way to collect money. Stripe and PayPal both make it easy to accept payments, sell digital products or services, and start generating revenue without complicated systems or tech setups.

With just these three tools, you can write your ideas, design your marketing, and actually get paid. That’s the foundation of most online businesses.

Now I’m curious. If you had to start a business from scratch and could only choose three tools, which ones would you pick?
