Here’s the workflow that fixes it (especially for newer freelancers!!!):

1️⃣ End every discovery call by booking the proposal review or follow up call.
2️⃣ Send the proposal within 24–48 hours (fresh while the convo is hot).
3️⃣ Use the review call to answer questions + close the deal.

No more “floating” proposals. No more waiting around.

Ghosting goes down when you control the follow-up.
