You don’t have to see the entire staircase in order to take the first step

3. You don’t have to see the entire staircase in order to take the first step – it's normal to not see how everything is going to work out.

4. Remember if you don’t take a new action (even with doubt), you’ll stay exactly where you are!

5. Embrace the doubt – it’s a reminder you’re HUMAN and alive. What a privilege.

6. Surround yourself with encouraging messages, people, training, and programming.

7. Read books and advice from people who have done similar things successfully before! It makes it feel more possible for you.

8. Follow the MEL ROBBINS advice of counting down and taking action – 5-4-3-2-1 – BLAST OFF!!! It actually works. Or find an action-taking jumpstart you like 🙂 I also love DBT's 'the opposite action'.

9. Sometimes it’s helpful to have an actual conversation (verbal or in your journal) with doubt – literally ask it to wait in the other room until you’re done taking action.

10. Remember that the best way to beat doubt is by taking action FAST! Don't even give that doubt time to grow.

Hope this serves you today!!! Together we can all grow 🙂
