Every year I’ve asked Tony Robbins one question. Just one. In 2022 I asked the question I've been stuck on for over forty months while writing my book: how do you actually change the subconscious — beliefs, values, identity, needs — in yourself, your kids, the people you serve?

He didn't answer the question I asked. He answered the one I needed.
