Your Best Customers Are the Ones You Forgot #shorts

If I had to fill a calendar with sales calls this week, here's exactly what I'd do.

First, I'm not going after new leads. I'm going after the ones you already paid for. Every business has a list: old quotes, dead deals, people who filled out a form eight months ago and went quiet. That list is money you already bought. You just stopped talking to it.

Export it. Every contact from the last two years that never closed.

Then load it into your CRM. I use our partners at HighLevel for this. Then send a simple nine-word text: “Hey Sarah, are you still looking for help with X?”

No pitch. No link. Just the question. Texts get read in minutes, and that message reads like a human, because it is one.

Once they reply, drop them into one pipeline, and every "yes" triggers the follow-up automatically, a booking link, two reminders, done. You're not chasing. The system is.

The typical list wakes up around 10 to 20 percent. On 500 dead leads, that's 50 conversations this week from people who already raised their hand once.

Everyone's trying to get on sales calls with strangers.

But the cheapest customers are the leads you already forgot.
