There’s a version of rock bottom people don’t talk about enough.

There’s a version of rock bottom people don’t talk about enough.

Not the kind where you’ve lost literally everything.

I mean the kind where you still have food.
Shelter.
Water. Warmth. Coffee.
The basics are there.

But internally?
You know something is very, very wrong.

You’re spiraling.
You’re exhausted.
You’re staring at decisions you do not want to make.

Layoffs.
Big cuts.
A major pivot.
Admitting the thing is not working.

That kind of rock bottom.

And it messes with people because it doesn’t look “bad enough” from the outside.

So then they start minimizing it.

“I should just be grateful.”
“Other people have it worse.”
“It’s not that serious.”

Meanwhile their nervous system is like:
girl. this is bad.

And this is where I see most people completely fall apart.

Not because they’re weak.
Because they try to stay in denial just a liiiiiittle longer.

They keep hoping it will magically feel better.
Magically fix itself.
Magically stop requiring a decision.

It usually does not.

Sometimes the most important moment in your life or business is not the glamorous breakthrough.

It’s the moment you tell the truth.

This is not working.
This is too heavy.
Something has to give.

That is not failure.
That is clarity.

And clarity is powerful, even when it comes wrapped in grief, panic, disappointment, and “how did I get here?”

Honestly, I think some of the biggest changes happen here.

Not when everything feels exciting.
Not when you’re “soooo aligned.”

Here.

In the ugly, honest moment where you finally stop arguing with reality.

Because once you tell the truth, you can make the right move.

Before that?
You just spiral and stall and suffer.

So if you’re in one of those seasons right now…

No, you’re not living by a river trying to fish for dinner.

But that does not mean this isn’t a real rock bottom for you.

And it also does not mean you have to stay there. #mindsetshift #businessgrowth #leadership #entrepreneurlife #smallbusinessowner
