it’s not about doing more.
it’s about doing the RIGHT things in the right order.
Because I see this all the time…
people jump straight to “what should I sell”
before anyone is even paying attention
or they build an audience… and then never monetize it
or they create offers… with no system to actually sell them
So here’s the real breakdown:
First… audience.
You need people.
Not random followers… actual humans who care about what you’re saying.
That’s your leverage. That’s your distribution. That’s everything.
Then… your email list.
Not because it’s trendy.
Because it’s the only thing you actually OWN.
Algorithms change. Accounts get weird. Reach drops.
Your email list stays.
Then… your offers.
Not just “something to sell”
but something that actually solves a problem your audience already has
This is where people finally start seeing consistent revenue
And then?
You repeat.
You refine.
You get better at messaging.
You get better at selling.
You get better at understanding your people.
That’s how things compound.
Also… quick side note because someone needs to hear this:
You are not here to work for free forever.
If something is taking hours and hours and hours…
with no clear outcome, no pay, no strategy…
that’s not “paying your dues”
that’s you undercharging or overgiving
And I say that with love.
You can be kind AND have standards
You can be generous AND have boundaries
You can build something big WITHOUT burning yourself out in the process
There is a smarter way to do this.
And it’s usually simpler than people make it.
