Make the appointment.
Post the video.
Say yes to the invite.
Say no to the thing that keeps you small.

Because here’s the part nobody wants to hear
sometimes the experience is the medicine.
Sometimes the proof comes AFTER the action.
Sometimes you heal because you finally gave yourself a new pattern to live inside.
