I get it. I’ve experienced imposter syndrome myself.
It’s a NORMAL THING.
I want to share with you several strategies for dealing with imposter syndrome from my guide that is linked below.
Priorities – pick THREE action steps that move your business forward. Commit to getting just those three things done before you take a break.
-Tricking your brain – imposter syndrome can feel like your stomach is doing flip flops. Start saying “I’m so excited” and train your brain those flip flops are excitement butterflies.
– Burn the lies – write down all the lies, fears and doubts in your head on a piece of paper. Then burn it!
– Pattern interrupt – go on a quick power walk and listen to a positive soundtrack.
– Program your mind – every morning choose prayers, affirmations or meditation (or all 3!) to prevent imposter syndrome.
